500 Calorie Diet Plans - 26 Day & 43 Day Options

This page will give you a basic overview of the hA2cg Evolution 500 Calorie Weight Management Plan, one of several weight loss plans available to our clients. When you purchase an hA2cg Weight Management Plan Package from us, you will be receiving the “Evolution Weight Management Program Guide” which explains the different plan options more in depth and gives all the specific instructions. Additionally, our clients will gain access to additional support resources which are supplemental to the Dieter’s Guide.
The 500 Calorie Diet Plans are designed for those with a B.M.I. of 25 or higher who do not have any health condition which is contraindicated to participating in this type of Very Low Calorie Diet. Those who do not qualify for the 500 Calorie Diet Plan may qualify for the 1000 Calorie or Weight Maintenance Plans.
The 500 Calorie Weight Management Plan requires, at minimum, the use of DesBio’s hA2cg Evolution formula and Detox Protocol (consisting of Detox I, Detox II, Detox III, Spinalmax, Cerebromax, and Matrix Support formulas). One bottle of hA2cg is usually enough for a 26 Day Plan and two bottles are required for a 43 Day Plan. One complete Detox Protocol is usually sufficient for a full 43 Day Plan or two rounds of the 26 Day Plan.

The 500 Calorie plan can be done as a 26 day plan to lose up to 15 lbs., or 43 day plan to lose up to 34 lbs.
Each plan is broken in to 3 PHASES:
Phase 1 – Fat Loading: Day 1 & 2 (26 & 43 Day Plans):
Following a week of doing the detox protocol to prepare your body for the weight loss, you will begin to take the hA2cg drops 3 to 6 times a day by applying 10 – 15 drops under your tongue and holding there for 30-60 seconds. During the “Fat Loading Phase”, which lasts 2 days, you can eat pretty much anything you want. The purpose is to consume a lot of calories to help your body get through the first few days of transition on to the 500 calorie diet.

Phase 2 – 500 Calorie Diet: Day 3 to 26 (26 Day Plan) or Day 3 to 43 (43 Day Plan):
Following your two days of fat loading you will begin the 500 Calorie Diet. During the 500 calorie diet you will be limited to eating only lean proteins, certain vegetables and certain fruits. No grains (bread, pasta, rice, cereal), or starches (potatoes, sweetpotaoes), or sugary fruits (bananas, mangos) are allowed during this phase or the next phase. The specific details of the diet are explained in the Dieter’s Guide and in our client support resource pages.
For the 26 Day Plan, you will continue taking the hA2cg drops and detox drops through Day 23. On Day 24 through Day 26 you will continue to stay on the 500 Calorie Diet, but you will stop taking the hA2cg drops.
For the 43 Day Plan, you will continue taking the hA2cg drops and detox drops through Day 40. On Day 41 through Day 43 you will continue to stay on the 500 Calorie Diet, but you will stop taking the hA2cg drops. On the 43 Day Plan it is also important to not take the hA2cg drops on every 7th day in order to prevent hA2cg resistance in your body.

Phase 3 – Maintenance Phase: 3 Weeks Following End of 500 Calorie Diet:
Following the end of the 500 Calorie Diet (Day 26 or Day 43), you will begin the 3 Week Maintenance Phase. This is where you will continue to eat healthy and must continue to eliminate grains, starches and sugars from your diet. You can however add healthy fats like olive oil, avocados or even cheese to your diet and you will need to increase your caloric intake to around 1500 calories per day. The goal during this phase is to keep your weight within 2 lbs. of the weight you achieved at the end of Phase 2.
If you are planning a second round of the diet, you will need to continue your Maintenance Phase for 6 weeks before starting the diet again with Phase 1. If you are done dieting at the end of Phase 3, you can begin to transition back in to normal eating and slowly include grains, starches and sugars in to your diet, but continuing to monitor your weight and avoid items which cause your weight to increase too much.
